Building better ways for advertisers, internal teams, and technical systems to work together.
Dear Hiring Team,
I am excited to apply for the Senior Client Solutions Manager, Performance Advertising role at Opera. What stands out to me about this opportunity is the chance to operate at the intersection of client success, analytics, campaign performance, and cross-functional execution—helping advertisers maximize outcomes while shaping a stronger overall advertiser experience.
Across more than 20 years of consulting and enterprise technology leadership, I have built a career around connecting business goals to technical execution. In my current work as Principal Consultant at Troy.fyi, I lead transformation and systems initiatives for Fortune 500 organizations, helping stakeholders clarify objectives, identify gaps, improve workflows, and build delivery structures that support measurable results. That work has required the same core strengths this role demands: analytical problem-solving, consultative communication, issue resolution, reporting visibility, and close collaboration across internal teams.
At KPMG, I oversaw governance and integration standards for a large enterprise SaaS portfolio, led teams of developers, PMs, and SMEs, and built reporting dashboards using ServiceNow, Power BI, Jira, and Teams to improve visibility into delivery and operational performance. I also troubleshot integration issues and optimized processes that reduced delivery cycles by more than 15%. At Thought Industries, I served as the central liaison across sales, product, development, and client teams—translating needs into execution plans, standardizing delivery frameworks, and shortening implementation timelines by three weeks.
While my background is rooted in enterprise systems rather than traditional agency-side media management, my experience maps strongly to the heart of this role: understanding client objectives, translating data into recommendations, resolving performance-related issues, and partnering across teams to improve outcomes. I am especially energized by opportunities where success depends on bringing structure to complexity and turning operational signals into strategic action.
I would welcome the opportunity to bring that client-first, data-informed, and cross-functional approach to Opera’s growing Performance Advertising business across the Americas. Thank you for your time and consideration. I look forward to the opportunity to speak with you.
